We work within your budget. You are provided a highly detailed written estimate at the time your design is presented to you so you are getting a firm price. Unless you make changes to the design or add upgraded options, the price does not change during the project. A lot of contractors will give you a low price just to get the job and then come back to you for more money during the project for things they forgot to include in the bid. The only changes made to the original bid are by the homeowner and all changes are put in writing so there are no surprises when the final bill is presented.
